These are snow animals I have made every winter since 2001. I havent been able to make them the past few years because we have gotten way to much snow. From top left is a snowmobiler, a

pig, guy with a dogsled and some some small dogs , sea serpant going across my front yard, and a rhino that froze over so it was in our yard weeks after all the other snow melted away. I also made a hippo, and a coca cola bear but cant find the pictures of them. The one that took me the longest was the rhino, because it took me over 8 hours to finish. I think this is art and I like making theses snow creatures because everyone gets to enjoy them when they drive by my house.

Those snow sculptures are amazing. How did you start making them and how long does it take you to create one?
I started making them by getting the idea of what to make. Then I just made really BIG snowballs. Then using a shovel, sticks and for the finner details I stole a big spoon from my moms kitchen. My rhino took me the longest which took me 8hrs. The rest of them took bout 6 hours to make. I would go through 4 pairs of golves and 2 pairs of snowpants. Im always up for new ideas on what to make as long as the snow is just right.
